Go see Knocked Up. It's a fabulous, fucking fantastic movie and if you enjoy Sam's Stories you will love it. Be prepared for a liberal sprinking of the word "fuck" and a one-time only event where "cunt" is uttered. If you have ever smoked pot or have much experience with the stoner scene you will laugh your ass off in twenty minutes or less. If you have ever done mushrooms you will laugh your ass off at the mushroom/Vegas trip. If you have ever been hormonal and pregnant and just plain bitchy you will laugh your ass off. If your obstetrician has ever put her fingers in your ass instead of your cooter by accident, you will laugh your ass off.

Really, just go see it. You can search youtube.com for deleted scenes to get a sense of the movie. It's really quite brilliant and not a "chick" movie. Although I did bed beg TB for a baby at one point during the viewing, I later hated him for being stupid and having a penis (also during the movie).

You decide: if you want to be cool, go see it.
