From The Mouth of Chicken
Because I am a sick, twisted individual I couldn't resist watching The Baby Borrowers for a few minutes when I saw it on the dvr guide tonight. Chicken spends five minutes with his mouth hanging open (between bites of Pad Thai and playing Sorry with me) watching it before saying, "Whoever lets their children be on this show needs to be smacked."

THANK YOU CHICKEN. I am so sickened by the parents who allowed their kids on, those poor infants will be messed up for life. I have never watched it either, the previews were enough.
AMEN, Chicken!!
it was actually kind of interesting. The parents watched from a camera constantly and stepped in when they thought it was needed and they had a nanny on the premises for emergencies. The teens weren't left alone with the babies. They found out babies aren't just toys to be played with and can be put up until later when it is more convenient for the parent.
It might be an interesting premise, but to make a reality show of it is ridiculous. We accidentally watched 2.5 seconds of it and that was more than enough for me.
Sounds like another show I can wait for the bargin bin DVD collection.
Or not.
that show only reminds me of how immature and self centered most people are. especially at that age. and how absurd it is for 15 year old girls to say they actually want a baby. they are morons. most grown adults can't handle it!
at the same time, it's kind of hilarious to watch them flounder.
i'm sick, i know.
