'Possum
I am fairly drunk. I am working on my alcoholism and it is progressing quite nicely. I watched Dirty Harry tonight and OMG I love Clint Eastwood. I love him. LOVE HIM. There is a funny post below that you should definately read. I wrote it while sober. Sober = better writing I believe, although I could be wrong. I dunno.
More importantly, I adopted 'Possum this weekend. He is six months old. I'll tell the full story when I'm sober. The important details are:
This is him sitting on my lap, on my kitty cat blankie. He loves me lots. Look at his nose. OMG have you ever seen such a cute nose? Never. I know. And he's smiling. Because he's on my lap. You would be too. G'nite. (hiccup)

- He watches me fold laundry like it's the best thing since sex was invented
- He came with the name "Possum"

Oh geez, what an adorable little face. I so want to get another pet, but I'm afraid my 12 year old kitty would think a little piggie was his dinner. Hell, he'd think a little doggy was his dinner! LOL

question: what do g-pigs do? do they run around? sleep all day? pose for photo ops? never had one. so i dont' know.

I'm not sure what to say here. The main reason is because I have a hard time resolving the word "cute" with a rodent. Not that I don't like rodents. I don't mind them. I used to raise gerbils for food.
No, wait, that's not right. I used to breed gerbils to get free gerbil stuff like food and bedding and things. The babies would fetch enough at the local pet supply store to pay the (minor) expenses of keeping the parents alive.
Gerbil babies were the only exception to the "cute" rule, though. Other than that, if I had to assiciate a "c" word with rodents, it would be "cool."
Assiciate? Did I really make that typo? Blogger should incorporate a spell check into the comment subroutine.
It should have read "associate".
So how many pets do you have? There is your cat and a snake and now Possum. Am I missing any? Don't you have a turtle too? Or is that someone else that I am thinking of?
Very cute! Now I guess we all have one big happy guinea pig farm on our hands!
